Title: Who's in Control Now? Plot: Following their adventure at the Weather Institute, Ash and his friends reach Fortree City, where Ash eagerly anticipates his match against the Gym Leader. However, he learns that the leader, Winona, is busy assisting with the Feather Carnival. Eventually, they get to meet Winona, who agrees to schedule Ash’s battle while encouraging everyone to enjoy the festivities first. Meanwhile, Team Rocket is concocting their own scheme. What devious plan are they hatching this time, and what haunting memories does the carnival evoke for James?
