Pokémon (1997)

Episode Overview

While Ash and May admire a stunning golden Sudowoodo by a lake, their attempt to catch it fails when the creature swats Ash's Poké Ball away. Brock and the rest of the group are skeptical until they arrive in the next town, where they encounter a saloon buzzing with locals searching for the golden Sudowoodo. There, they meet Keenan, the Pokémon's trainer, who is baffled by its unusual color and its tendency to flee from him. Eager to assist, Ash and his friends offer their help to find the elusive Sudowoodo, but Keenan seems reluctant to accept their support.
