Heather and the team organize a surprise 80s-themed party for the primary's 75th birthday, but the event quickly spirals out of control. Eddie, frustrated with the deck team's blunders, has to set aside his first officer training to manage his crew. Meanwhile, Jessica's discontent on the boat deepens as Fraser and Heather grow closer. The crew tries to spark a romance between Wes and Jessica, but Jake surprises everyone by making a daring move on another crew member, leaving them all stunned.
