Episode Overview

Tom Cardigan and his gang of buffalo hunters target little Billy Bright in the saloon, taunting him for his previous marriage to a Shoshone woman. Tensions rise as the Shoshone prepare for war, fueled by Cardigan’s recent killing of the chief’s brother. A troop intervenes, allowing Bright to escape, but he soon discovers that the hunters have hanged him just outside of town. In a desperate effort to prevent conflict, Bright rushes to intervene, only to be confronted by both the angry Indians and the buffalo hunters.
