As the townsfolk of Bluebell gear up for their beloved Planksgiving festivities, Zoe grows increasingly anxious about her upcoming trip back to New York for Thanksgiving. However, she soon realizes that escaping might be more complicated than she thought, as she must meet her patient quota of thirty percent by midnight or risk losing her stake in the practice to Brick. Meanwhile, Lavon pushes Wade to express his true feelings for Zoe, while George receives an enticing offer from his father to join a law firm in Montgomery, a prospect that doesn’t sit well with Lemon.
