Zoe and Joel find themselves increasingly annoyed by the numerous obstacles that arise during their home renovation. Meanwhile, Rose successfully convinces Lavon to establish a sister city relationship between BlueBell and a town in France. Lemon enlists George's help for her business project, but to ensure everything runs without a hitch, Wade must step in as a mediator. At the same time, Brick spots a chance to claim the title of BlueBell's Man of the Year, only to realize he faces some formidable rivals.
