Episode Overview

Tokyo is under threat from mutated dogs, but the TAC and their ally Kusanagi aren't taking action to stop them. As the situation worsens, the team realizes that they are being hunted down. To tackle both the deadly dogs and the unknown assailant, Kusanagi convinces Momiji to join him, framing it as a date. Unbeknownst to her, this outing is part of a larger scheme to rescue the city from its imminent danger.
