Episode Overview

During the break, Ippo feels uneasy, as he hasn't experienced the usual sensation he gets when facing Date, but his coach helps him restore his confidence. As the third round begins, it mirrors the second, with both fighters exchanging punches, but this time Date gains the upper hand. However, Ippo refuses to back down and unleashes a powerful Liver Blow! Despite this, he still senses a disconnect, noticing Date cleverly swiveling his head to lessen the impact of Ippo's strikes, a tactic designed to absorb the force of the blows.
