Episode Overview

Mayor Marilyn attempts to frame the execution as a turning point for Shuckton. As Crim enjoys his final meal, he confesses to a spiritual advisor that he isn’t of First Nations descent. Meanwhile, Death checks out of his motel, getting ready for the impending execution. Marilyn announces plans to make executions a key industry for Shuckton, even discussing the creation of a theme park dedicated to them. In a grim turn, Death takes Buttonhole’s life, who pleads for it, leaving Death repulsed. Soon after, Death gets a notification that Crim is next. Ricky and Marnie hurry toward the execution site.
