Episode Overview

A deserted police cruiser turns up, stained with blood, and two officers are unaccounted for. Jess and Nicole dive into a web of corruption within the police department. When Jess witnesses a horrifying murder, she faces the daunting task of identifying the cop killer among numerous suspects. Meanwhile, the police chief is convinced that a long-standing rival is involved, haunting Jess in a dream where the missing officers are celebrating. Additionally, Nicole finds herself in a tense situation as she attempts to negotiate with a deranged man who has taken three hostages.
