Episode Overview

After a serene attorney brutally attacks his wife with a baseball bat and subsequently takes his own life, Carl becomes convinced that a cult leader, whom the lawyer had successfully prosecuted, is behind the tragedy. He fears that this manipulative figure can compel individuals to harm their loved ones without their knowledge. As the situation unfolds, it becomes apparent that Perri, whose testimony played a crucial role in convicting the attorney, is now in grave danger and may be the cult leader's next intended victim.
