Rayna sets up a charity concert at Fort Campbell after learning about Luke's injuries in Afghanistan, which have forced him to halt his tour. Meanwhile, Deacon and Maddie grow closer as they navigate their future together. Teddy starts to realize that he’s losing touch with his family. Juliette is consumed by guilt, especially when Jeff threatens to expose her secrets to Avery. Gunnar faces pressure to tell Avery about Juliette, but Zoey advises him to keep his personal and professional lives apart. Additionally, Will and Layla kick off filming for their new reality show.
