Episode Overview

As Kenny, Jimmy, and Shannon return to school, Kenny takes the initiative to establish the inaugural LGBT club at St. Barklay’s in celebration of National Coming Out Day. He manages to recruit a shy lesbian named Allison but soon finds himself pushing her to come out to her family. This leads him to understand that everyone's path is unique and often more complicated than his own. Meanwhile, Eileen starts to develop genuine feelings for VP Murray, but things get tricky when Pat also becomes friends with him, creating an uncomfortable scenario.
