As Halloween approaches, Kenny excitedly calls it “the gay Super Bowl” and sets his sights on heading to Boystown for the costume parade. To keep him home, Eileen reluctantly agrees to host a Halloween party instead. However, her patience is pushed to the limit when Kenny invites Stuart and his crew of friends, leading to a major costume transformation. Meanwhile, Jimmy and Shannon are scheming to execute a legendary Halloween prank that promises to stir things up.
