After overindulging at a reunion, Tom struggles to urinate and grows increasingly self-conscious about his condition. He attempts to hide his discomfort from Diana, but his secretive actions make her suspect he might be involved with someone else. Eventually, Tom decides to consult a doctor and ends up in the hospital, leaving Diana feeling hurt and betrayed that he hadn’t confided in her about what was really going on.
