During her counseling sessions, Chloe encounters a boy who has an intense fear of his own shadow. He believes an ominous force resides within it, relentlessly pursuing him. Initially, Chloe approaches his fear as a psychological issue, but when she witnesses some unexplainable occurrences, she decides to enlist Derek and the Freakylinks crew for help.
