Episode Overview

Herc and Dozerman are on the hunt for Little Kevin, while Omar is released from prison. Carcetti holds his inaugural meeting with the City Council, and Prez, along with the teachers, starts preparing students for the standardized tests. Proposition Joe informs Marlo that Major Crimes is targeting him. Bubbles seeks assistance from Kima and Herc, eventually bringing Little Kevin to Herc. Old Face Andre goes into hiding, but Proposition Joe betrays him. Bug's father confronts Michael, who then turns to Marlo for support. Meanwhile, Daniels and Valchek receive promotions, and Omar and Renaldo keep a close watch on Marlo’s movements.
