Episode Overview

Stinky's dream of unloading a massive garbage barge quickly turns into a nightmare when he accidentally severs the anchor, causing the barge to float away down the river! Now, Stinky and Dirty have to chase after it to bring it back to the dock. In another adventure, a colossal tire balloon meant for the parade breaks free and soars into the sky. Stinky and Dirty must work together to catch the runaway balloon to ensure the parade can continue as scheduled!
