Frustrated with Chet's constant pranks, the crew at the station decides to turn the tables by pulling some tricks of their own. Chaos ensues when a gun goes off unintentionally, injuring a pregnant woman. Meanwhile, a construction worker trapped beneath a boat stubbornly declines an IV, and a motorcycle accident victim resorts to using his thumb to convey messages.
