Episode Overview

Phil decides to tighten the budget and brings in an efficiency expert named Dvd (short for David) to help streamline operations. Harvey finds himself under pressure to demonstrate his value and boost productivity, or risk losing his job. As his every action is monitored and given a monetary worth, the urgency to secure a new case intensifies. Meanwhile, X the Eliminator makes a comeback with the intent to eliminate Harvey.
