Episode Overview

Joanna and Chip are working with Dr. Jeff Sanders, his wife Michelle, and their two energetic teenagers, a family that loves adventure, entertaining, and traveling. They’re looking to downsize into a relaxed country home that has a touch of European charm and is conveniently located near Lake Waco. However, their substantial budget of $650,000 raises the question: will it be sufficient to find a French Country-style home in Waco, Texas? It will require every dollar and all of the Gaines' imaginative skills to turn this traditional Texas fixer-upper into an Old World gem.
