With a budget of $250,000 in Waco, Texas, they are searching for a house featuring wood floors, an open kitchen, and separate office spaces. Their first stop is the "Chalk Ranch House," known for its chalkboard wall, though Kelly isn't keen on the brick façade, she thinks a splash of paint could help. Next, they explore the "Cutie Tudor," which is charming and requires minimal updates, but the kitchen will need a complete overhaul. Finally, Chip presents a surprise option called the "Three Little Pigs House," an aging property that looks like it could easily be blown away by a strong gust, reminiscent of the classic tale.
