Maisy strikes an agreement to have her property designated as a farmhouse, giving her the green light to demolish it without needing approval from the Boathouse council. Meanwhile, Justin is on the verge of giving up on his own plans when Gil steps in to propose a deal, coinciding with Justin's first date with Riley. As Billie and Killian grow closer, Billie learns that Killian opposes renovations, leading them to come up with a strategy to put a stop to Maisy’s plans.
