Episode Overview

Meredith returns, eager to reignite her romance with Gary. However, the newspaper complicates their relationship, as Gary is reluctant to let her get involved with it. She assures him she won't read it, but Chuck catches her in the act. In a twist, Chuck strikes it rich with a $15 million stock market win, but his luck turns when he faces trouble and decides to steal the paper to sabotage his fortune. Misunderstandings arise, leading Gary to suspect Meredith is behind the theft. Ultimately, after resolving their issues, Meredith departs for Washington.
