Episode Overview

Today, a formidable prison and an unassuming office building in Berlin serve as reminders of the Stasi, a notorious and ruthless organization. On the island of Vis, a secretive Communist base concealed Cold War submarines for Tito, the former Yugoslav leader. Beneath a seemingly innocuous sports center lies a hidden underground bunker with a dark purpose. Additionally, the former headquarters of the Soviet Army in East Germany functioned as a restricted Soviet enclave, a city within a city that remained off-limits to outsiders.
