Phineas and Ferb opt to spend the entire day doing nothing at all. Candace finds herself pondering her own existence when she realizes she can't catch her brothers in the act of their inactivity. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz grows frustrated with being the least attractive person in town, prompting him to create a gadget that can make anyone or anything look ugly.
