Title: Flawed Tempest Plot: Phineas and Ferb invent a gadget that enhances the wind and decide to put it to the test with enormous kites at the park. Candace believes she's on the verge of catching them in the act when her mom organizes a renovation in their backyard. Simultaneously, Doofenshmirtz constructs a Water-Zalewator to honor his former girlfriend, who once soaked him, as she had affection for Heinz but ultimately left him for someone else.
