Episode Overview

Maggie finds herself on the verge of losing her job due to insubordination, yet she skillfully secures a spot on a flight to Rio de Janeiro. As she reflects on her challenging journey to achieve her dream career, she surprises herself with her willingness to do whatever it takes to hold onto it. Meanwhile, Kate has proven herself as a capable courier, but a challenging assignment involving Niko, a Yugoslav diplomat, leaves her torn between their growing personal connection and the demands of her job. In Rio, Ginny and Dean continue to flirt with danger, but Ginny's manipulative behavior with both Dean and her boss, a Pan Am executive, creates tension between them.
