Episode Overview

In the second quarter-final, five new bakers step into the Bake Off tent to impress judges Nadiya Hussain and Allegra McEvedy. The technical challenge has them wrestling with dough as they attempt to recreate Allegra's pretzel and dip recipe. For the show-stopper, they must craft a dozen eclairs, showcasing their skills in flawless piping and delightful flavors. To advance to the semi-final, they must deliver exceptional results, but only three bakers will earn the coveted spots.
