Victor eagerly anticipates a visit from his son John, who now resides in Johannesburg. However, when John leaves a message on Victor's answering machine, a vital section is drowned out by noise. Determined to uncover the missing part, Jack and Victor enlist the help of their friend Shug, known for his exceptional hearing. Meanwhile, Winston finds himself hurt after a scuffle with Peggy at the butcher's shop over the last gigot chops.
