Episode Overview

After recovering from malaria, Boyington struggles to find volunteers for a perilous mission when Doc Lindsay threatens to ground him or send him back to the states. Undeterred, Pappy opts to undertake the mission with four unfamiliar pilots. However, poor weather conditions prevent the replacements from arriving, leading to the mission being canceled. In an attempt to win back Pappy's favor, the Black Sheep decide to join him on the flight, but things take an unexpected turn, and the operation doesn't unfold as they had hoped.
