Episode Overview

At the terminus of Thomas's Branch Line lies a busy Quarry where he regularly transports trucks. One day, a new Policeman arrives and reprimands Thomas for lacking cowcatchers and sideplates, citing the regulations. Realizing this must be addressed, the Fat Controller decides to equip Thomas with the necessary modifications. Though Thomas worries about resembling a tram, the Fat Controller has a clever alternative solution in mind that could enhance Thomas without compromising his identity.
