Episode Overview

Skarloey urgently needs some repairs, but the workshop is located on the far side of Sodor. Thomas volunteers to take him there. After loading Skarloey onto a flatbed, the Thin Controller cautions Thomas about the coupling, warning that it could easily detach. Skarloey feels quite downhearted, so Thomas makes every effort to lift his spirits by showcasing various sights around the island. When his attempts fall flat, Thomas decides to take Skarloey to admire the view from Gordon’s Hill, forgetting all about that troublesome flatbed coupling…
