Philip is eager to make a connection with Toby the Tram Engine, mistakenly believing they share similar qualities as diesel boxcabs. However, it quickly becomes clear that the interests of the youthful Philip and the seasoned Toby are quite mismatched, leading to a series of misunderstandings as they attempt to bond.
