Millie is assigned additional chores on the estate, leading to her frustration when Stephen and Glynn neglect to tidy up the garden debris. Matters worsen when Stephen inadvertently hurts her feelings, and the following day, he is unable to locate her to offer an apology. Convinced that she has left, he becomes increasingly worried about her absence.
