During the holiday season, the Vicar's Sunday School enjoys a day out by the seaside. Percy assures Thomas that he will safely return Annie, Clarabel, and the children. However, disaster strikes as heavy floods threaten the little engine's plans. Just when things seem dire, Percy must find a way to navigate the challenging situation and fulfill his promise.
