Episode Overview

Toby has a deep affection for the windmill located by the branch line. Following a storm, the windmill is in disrepair, and the miller lacks the funds for necessary repairs. Eager to assist, Toby takes it upon himself to clear the storm debris from the tracks. In the process, he discovers a way to alleviate the miller's financial struggles, allowing him to restore the beloved windmill.
