Gordon, ever the proud engine, devises an extensive list of rules for his fellow locomotives to follow after they begin mocking the loud rattling noises he has been making. Determined to assert his authority, he insists that everyone respect his new regulations, but his arrogance only fuels their teasing. As the engines navigate the challenge of balancing their playful jabs with Gordon's demands, they soon learn that a little camaraderie can go a long way in fostering respect among friends.
