Episode Overview

Following the capture of a terrorist, the FBI and their Fugitive Task Force focus on the terrorist's wife, who has fled with a million dollars and is intent on carrying out her husband's lethal scheme. Meanwhile, LaCroix’s daughter, Tali, is apprehended by ICE. As Jess works to locate her, he begins to suspect that her detention could be part of a larger, more sinister plot.
