Additionally, they create an innovative upside-down cake, crafted in layers and turned upside down, for a young girl’s birthday party inspired by Ripley's Believe It or Not! The family also takes a moment to remember Sal, who passed away on January 30, 2011, paying tribute to his memory during this special occasion.
