Episode Overview

While on sick leave, Creegan learns that a man he helped convict for the murder of his wife and another woman has been released from prison. Creegan had always harbored doubts about the conviction, but those doubts intensify when the man confesses fully. When the killings resume, Taylor swiftly re-arrests the suspect. Determined to prove his instincts were correct, Creegan takes it upon himself to investigate. Tragically, the suspect takes his own life after questioning, and soon after, a fourth victim emerges, deepening the mystery.
