Episode Overview

A young boy confronts his fear of swimming when a marine zoo is threatened by the eruption of an underwater volcano. The Rescue Heroes spring into action to save both people and sea creatures from the impending disaster. As he admires the Rescue Heroes, the boy discovers that true heroism comes in various forms. When a hurricane strikes, his father, the local sheriff, steps in to help Billy during a critical moment. Through this experience, the father realizes that the Rescue Heroes are more than he initially thought.
