Allison takes the plunge and creates an online dating profile, with Amy stepping in to lend her support as she ventures back into romance. However, when Allison connects with a charming attorney, things take a turn at a club where Amy unexpectedly runs into him—along with his wife, who witnesses a kiss between Allison and her husband. Meanwhile, Brad reveals his intention to move out of their apartment, while Marv digs deeper into Amy's background, uncovering a mysterious past, a criminal record with gaps, and her time in a halfway house. In the end, Allison decides to let Amy rent out Brad's apartment.
