S03E17 Charlie is Stranded
Episode Overview
Brett struggles to persuade Kal to exit the spaceship. Meanwhile, Dianne is given a chance to speak at a tribunal about her worries regarding UBRI's construction impact on the fault line. When a tremor strikes, chaos erupts on ORCA, prompting Charlie to beach himself. Neri rallies her friends on ORCA to assist with the rescue. Jason leaves his station to pitch in, leaving Sallyanne to explain his absence to the Commander. Ultimately, the tribunal permits UBRI to proceed with construction, but prohibits blasting. Kal arrives at ORCA seeking Brett but ends up chatting with Sallyanne while the others help with Charlie. To aid in the rescue, Jason enlists Winston, who helps set up a sling to tow Charlie free. Back on the island, Kal confronts Neri about not being included in the rescue effort. Dissatisfied with her response, he storms off, unaware that UBRI is secretly photographing him from a nearby sandbar.
