Sarah and Amber both find themselves drawn to Amber's teacher. At the same time, Crosby attempts to create a romantic atmosphere with Valerie, but his inability to leave Jabbar unattended leads to an awkward situation. On another front, Julia contemplates taking on pro bono work, though she's convinced her boss would disapprove. Meanwhile, Adam feels overwhelmed and is in desperate need of some time to himself.
