On Heart Day in the Creative Galaxy, Epiphany is excited to express her love through a unique performance on Groovopolis. However, she accidentally damages her costume just before the show. Determined to fix it, she and Arty soar through the Creative Galaxy in search of a solution, encountering Arty's friends along the way. Through their adventures, they discover that everyone has their own special way of saying "I heart you!"
