Overview

W*A*L*T*E*R is an unproduced pilot for a M*A*S*H spin-off from 1984 featuring Gary Burghoff reprising his beloved role. The series follows Corporal Walter O'Reilly as he navigates life after the Korean War. Having distanced himself from his "Radar" nickname, Walter has relocated from Iowa, sending his mother to stay with his aunt. Now settled in St. Louis, Missouri, he embarks on a new chapter as a police officer, while still embodying the same charm and quirks that endeared him to fans in the original series.
