Mr. Wilson is frustrated with a flock of starlings nesting in his tree and is desperate to eliminate them. In a clever move, Dennis devises a plan to tackle the issue by placing liver in the tree, which irresistibly draws in numerous cats. The presence of the cats effectively drives the starlings away, allowing Mr. Wilson to finally get rid of the pesky birds.
