Cleveland is shocked to find his old belongings scattered throughout the neighborhood, only to discover that his parents, Freight Train and Cookie, have been selling them off to recover from a scam that drained their savings. Determined to help, Cleveland teams up with Freight Train and their friends to track down the fraudster who exploited their family. Meanwhile, Rallo discovers a toy Mr. Microphone and decides to explore his talents as a commentator, announcer, and aspiring stand-up comedian.
