A girl’s seemingly ordinary life hides a darker truth, as her family constantly changes and her mothers obsess over her mysterious bleeding. K (Natsuho) and her college friend Noah travel to a hotel in Transylvania, rumored to be haunted by a vampire who targets guests. Guided by a girl they meet, they explore the hotel's underground realm. K soon finds herself in the enchanting "Hotel Requiem," run by the princess Yuumi Adachi and featuring the enigmatic Elisabeth Batori (Megumi Kagurazaka) and the mysterious Yamada (Masunosuke Mitsushima). As Noah, from the Corbin tribe, becomes entwined in this world, the stage is set for a showdown between two powerful families in 2021.
